Returns and Refunds for Online Purchases

All full-priced, unopened, unused products in there original packaging with the original invoice can be returned within 14 days of the date on your invoice for a full refund (less shipping and a 15% restocking fee). After 14 days all full-priced, unopened, unused products in original packaging with the original invoice can be returned and a store credit will be issued (less shipping and a 15% restocking fee) . Unfortunately, we are unable to accept merchandise past 30 days, sale items, promotional items, or samples.

  Exchanges for Online Purchases

All full-priced, unopened, unused merchandise in original packaging with the original invoice can be exchanged within 14 days of the date on your invoice (less shipping cost). Unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchanges on any merchandise past 14 days. We are also unable to accept exchanges on sale items, promotional items, samples, or gift cards.
